The story.

For nearly two decades, I helped bring other people’s ideas to life. I worked behind the curtain — building consumer products from the ground up, leading development across audio, wellness, tech, and retail, and learning what it really takes to bring a product from idea to execution. I’ve walked the factory floors. Sat in the executive boardrooms. Held the prototypes in my hands — and asked all the right questions when they didn’t quite work yet.

But somewhere along the way, I started to feel a pull — not toward something louder, but something clearer. A way to take everything I’d learned and use it with intention. With heart. With clients I believe in, and products that matter.

That’s how Compass Works was born: a consultancy rooted in experience, but guided by something deeper — the belief that great ideas deserve more than lip service. They deserve a plan, a partner, and the discipline to get built.
